The EGP Executive Committee is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members, volunteers, and participants feel like they belong. Our committee promotes and fosters an environment that respects dignity, individual ideas and beliefs. We seek to involve individuals with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of abilities, and strive to provide everyone an accessible and positive experience.
Through education, networking, mentorship, and other activities, the Committee continues to dedicate its efforts towards maintaining an equal representation of all people, while avoiding discrimination or bias towards specific groups. The EGP Committee continues to develop its framework and policies to advance toward these goals.
