As a specialist in sustainable design, Peter has overseen the design of a diverse range of projects from “off-grid” green homes to corporate campuses and in locations as varied as Canada, the Middle East, South America, Africa and China. Examples of local “green” projects include: the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (Target LEED Platinum), River City Condominiums (LEED Gold), Gore Meadows Community Centre & Library (LEED Gold), Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence York University (LEED Gold), and CFB Borden Curtis Kitchen (LEED Silver). Peter was also the lead author of the Green Schools Design Manual for Ontario’s Ministry of Education.
He has also lectured and written widely on sustainable building and urban design. His projects have appeared in noted publications such as The Globe and Mail, Dezeen, ArchDaily, Canadian Architect, Toronto Star, National Post and Treehugger.com.
