Prepare to take your LEED® Green Associate exam and earn the internationally recognized LEED v4 Green Associate credential. CaGBC has developed this condensed 1-day course which will be delivered by highly-qualified Canadian instructors with real-life local and regional experience. This course is intended to provide you with foundational information, which will then be followed up with a post-course study plan. As with most study courses, there is additional post-classroom studying that is needed.

PRINCIPAL, PRATUS GROUP
Mercedes is a founding principal of Pratus Group, a full-service sustainability and energy management firm located in Toronto, Ontario. Mercedes role focuses on the coordination of projects seeking LEED certification, Fitwel certification, Net Zero and Net Positive Energy, and Net Zero Carbon design. Other responsibilities include sustainability strategy development, master planning and reporting, and integrated design facilitation.
Mercedes is a LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design and Construction), Envision Sustainability Professional, and Fitwel Ambassador with over 9 years experience facilitating sustainable projects. She has extensive knowledge of environmental policies, regulations and international standards, and has proven strengths in all aspects of project and people management.
This course is offered with support of our Program Partner, Evergreen, a national charity that makes cities more livable. The course will be held in Evergreen's LEED NC Platinum building at Evergreen Brick Works, and participants are invited to a free ½ hour tour to see cutting-edge green building technologies and design in practice.
